The service was second to none as after an e-mail enquiry I got a phone call pretty much straight away and ended up ordering the mattress online. That afternoon I got a call scheduling delivery, which I was amazed at, and the mattress arrived on time on the scheduled day - before the bed frame actually, which had been on order with a different company for 4 weeks!!
