What is the mission and objectives

How long has been trading?
The website was established in 2008. The website was set up as a start up project by graduates of the University of Huddersfield this has since grown to be one of the UK\'s most popular online retailers and was taken over by Flair Furniture Ltd in 2011.

Is there a showroom?

NO- We do not have a showroom which is open to the public this helps to keep our prices competitive and some of the lowest online.

How Do I place an Order?
There are two simple ways for you to place an order. You can either do this online, using the secure shopping cart system, or you can call our designated sales team on 01924 950108. Please see the How To Order section of the website for further details.  

Are The Prices Quoted inclusive of VAT?
All our prices are inclusive of VAT.  

Do you offer Bulk/Trade Disscounts?
Our prices are very competitive. However, if you are buying in bulk, please contact our designated sales team on 01924 950108  to discuss your requirements. Please note that we do not provide a set trade disscount however if you wish to order several items please give us a call and we will offer our best possible prices.

What Methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and several other payment menthods please see our Payment Details page for more information

Who Delivers The Products?
We have contracted with, the UK\'s number 1 white glove delivery service to make the majority of our deliveries. However, for some items they will be delivered direct from the respective suppliers. The delivery lead time is clearly printed on all our products as they do differ.

Do prices include delivery charges? If no, how much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges what delivery charges, our delivery is free on all items in store please see our Free Delivery page for more information

Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We do not deliver outside of the UK.  

How long will delivery take?
We will aim to deliver the products to you as quickly as possible and following an order we will provide you with an estimated delivery time given by the manufacturer. We are unable to guarantee delivery times as these are only estimates from the manufacturers. Our customer service team will keep you up to date with the delivery progress if time estimates have previously been inaccurate.

What happens once I place an order?
Once you have placed an order with we will send you by e-mail an order confirmation within 2 working days.

Is it possible to track my order
If you would like to track your delivery please email with your order number and details of your request and we will do our best to track your delivery and/or give you an indication when the delivery will be scheduled.

How do you achieve price savings on your product range?
We keep our overheads down cutting out high rent and rates on town centre showrooms and warehouses leaving us with a streamlined operation meaning we can pass on the discounts to the customer. We also deliver to the whole of the uk this allows us to order items in large quantities offering our customer greater discounts

What do I do if the good(s) I have purchased is/are damaged?
If goods purchased are damaged, please fill in our claims form with all the information provided and this will be investigated within 24 working hours the claims form can be located by Clicking Here

What is the returns policy?
Once you have received your Product(s) from Bedkingdom you have 7 working days to decide if you wish to return them.

If you decide you do not want the good(s) delivered for what ever reason you may return them back to our warehouse. providing you have not used the goods and returned them back in the original packaging and free of defects then we will happily refund your money minus any carges whcih can be found on our returns page

For hygene reasons mattresses that have been slept on will not be accepted back unless faulty. Please note this does not apply to items that have been specifically tailored to a customers requirements

Are your products guaranteed?
All our products carry the manufacturers guartantees and warranties. Depending upon the product, these will vary depending upon the manufacturer and/or type of product being purchased. If you require details of warranties/ guarantees for specific products, please contact our team.

Is the website secure?

Our website uses modern encrypted server technology and our payment gateway provider is LLoyds TSB, which is a leading internet credit card facilitator. This means that the website is secure and that all credit and debit card transactions are safe

Have seen a bed/ mattress somewhere else but I cannot find it on Can you obtain the product for me?
If you are unable to find a product on our website or you believe that we do not stock a particular product then please contact our sales team by Clicking Here Most of the time we are able to supply the products requested
