The bed was easy to build with my son's help, and although there was one step from the ladder missing, the company did not hesitate to send me a replacement out. In fact, I received it the next day. Very impressed with customer service and the service throughout. I had initialy ordered and paid for a different model to the one I received, but the company emailed me before the delivery date to tell me that particular one was not available and gave me a choice of similar products. They were a bit more expensive, but they gave me them as a free upgrade for the inconvenience. My grandsons love them , and I will definitely use this company again if I need to, and would recommend.
