Is it refillable and can it be washed?
The Extreme Lounging Mini B Bag Teddy is refillable. To re-fill/top up the beanbag, on the base of the product there is a zip which you can slide open, you will then be faced with an inverted zip which is for safety, you will feel the zip head through the fabric and you should be able to slide this open to then refill the product. We recommend using polystyrene beans to re-fill the item, these can be purchased directly from us or from various craft and online retailers. We would also recommend hand washing the bean bag when needed by spot cleaning with warm soapy water and leaving to fully air dry.
What are the full dimensions of this product?

When will an out-of-stock item be back in stock?

Can I return an item if I change my mind, and how?
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind, as long as it is unassembled, unused and in its original packaging. Contact us with your order number and photos of the item and boxes, and we'll explain your options: we can arrange a collection, or you can return it yourself by tracked courier. Refunds are issued once the item is back and has been inspected. Collection charges may apply; our team will confirm.
You have 14 days to cancel and must pay the return costs. You can send it back yourself with a tracked courier, or we can collect it: collection costs £33 to £63 for items up to 180kg, plus £0.78 for every kg above 180kg, deducted from your refund. Products sealed for hygiene reasons can't be returned once unsealed, and made-to-order items can't be returned unless faulty. Full details are on our returns and cancellations page.
Do you offer next-day delivery, and what is the order cut-off time?
Yes, on in-stock items, Monday to Friday, to most of the UK. Order before 3pm for delivery the next working day. Items sent from our suppliers, and some postcodes, take longer; the product page shows the expected delivery time.
