What is the height without the roof?

No. It is designed for a small double mattress (120 x 190 cm); a standard single (90 x 190 cm) would leave a gap.
Can the guard rail on the Flair Explorer Small Double Play House Floor Bed go on either side?
No, the guard rail can only be positioned as shown in the product design.
What size mattress does the Explorer Small Double take?
A small double mattress, 120 x 190cm. A single mattress will leave gaps, so we recommend the correct small double size.
What age is it suitable for?
The small double Explorer is suited to children aged 6 and above.
What is the weight limit of this bed?
Each bed's weight limit is listed on the product page and includes the weight of the mattress. For bunk beds, the limit is per bunk. Please don't exceed the stated limit.
Can I return an item if I change my mind, and how?
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind, as long as it is unassembled, unused and in its original packaging. Contact us with your order number and photos of the item and boxes, and we'll explain your options: we can arrange a collection, or you can return it yourself by tracked courier. Refunds are issued once the item is back and has been inspected. Collection charges may apply; our team will confirm.
You have 14 days to cancel and must pay the return costs. You can send it back yourself with a tracked courier, or we can collect it: collection costs £33 to £63 for items up to 180kg, plus £0.78 for every kg above 180kg, deducted from your refund.
