The bed is fantastic but my only complaint is you need two fit people to assemble as it is very heavy

Questions & Answers (10)
Answers from the bedkingdom team.
Is there enough room under the bed for a proper gaming chair?
Yes. There's 129.4 cm of clearance between the floor and the bed, which is enough headroom for a full-size gaming chair with room to move around comfortably.
What's the difference between the Skyhigh single and small double versions?
The main difference is the size of the sleeping area and the width of the side desk area. The single has an overall width of 139.5 cm, while the small double extends that to 168.5 cm, giving you a larger overall workspace.
Can I fit a TV on the desk, and what size is recommended?
Yes, the desk surface is wide enough to accommodate a TV. We'd recommend a maximum screen size of 32 inches.
What age is the Skyhigh suitable for?
As a high sleeper, the raised sleeping area is not suitable for children under 6. It is designed for older children and teenagers.
What mattress depth can I use?
A mattress up to 16cm deep: single (90 x 190cm) or small double (120 x 190cm), depending on the size you choose.
Can the ladder/stairs/chaise be fitted on either side (left or right)?
Most of our bunk beds, high sleepers, mid sleepers and cabin beds are not reversible; they can only be assembled as shown in the product photos. A few models have reversible ladders or drawers, so ask us about the specific bed and we'll check.
Can I return an item if I change my mind, and how?
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind, as long as it is unassembled, unused and in its original packaging. Contact us with your order number and photos of the item and boxes, and we'll explain your options: we can arrange a collection, or you can return it yourself by tracked courier. Refunds are issued once the item is back and has been inspected. Collection charges may apply; our team will confirm.
You have 14 days to cancel and must pay the return costs. You can send it back yourself with a tracked courier, or we can collect it: collection costs £33 to £63 for items up to 180kg, plus £0.78 for every kg above 180kg, deducted from your refund. Products sealed for hygiene reasons can't be returned once unsealed, and made-to-order items can't be returned unless faulty. Full details are on our returns and cancellations page.
Do you offer next-day delivery, and what is the order cut-off time?
Yes, on in-stock items, Monday to Friday, to most of the UK. Order before 9pm for delivery the next working day. Items sent from our suppliers, and some postcodes, take longer; the product page shows the expected delivery time.
