Please follow the manufacturer's care and cleaning instructions. For wooden or MDF surfaces, wipe gently with a soft cloth slightly dampened with warm water and a little mild soap, avoid soaking, and dry immediately. Damage caused by unsuitable cleaning isn't covered by the warranty.

You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind, as long as it is unassembled, unused and in its original packaging. Contact us with your order number and photos of the item and boxes, and we'll explain your options: we can arrange a collection, or you can return it yourself by tracked courier. Refunds are issued once the item is back and has been inspected. Collection charges may apply; our team will confirm.

You have 14 days to cancel and must pay the return costs. You can send it back yourself with a tracked courier, or we can collect it: collection costs £33 to £63 for items up to 180kg, plus £0.78 for every kg above 180kg, deducted from your refund.
