Refunds are issued once the item is back and has been inspected. Collection charges may apply; our team will confirm.
You have 14 days to cancel and must pay the return costs. You can send it back yourself with a tracked courier, or we can collect it: collection costs £33 to £63 for items up to 180kg, plus £0.78 for every kg above 180kg, deducted from your refund. Yes, on in-stock items, Monday to Friday, to most of the UK. Order before 3pm for delivery the next working day. Items sent from our suppliers, and some postcodes, take longer; the product page shows the expected delivery time.
