My daughter loves it. Was simple to put together and the effect is stunning. However, the bottom draws are in no way carpet friendly, ANY items in the bottom drawers i too heavy (so far a handful of dolls and some workbooks), so is practically impossible for my daughter to open. So will only be used for long term storage that requires occasional opening.

The single design (left hand corner only) ought to be clearly stated in the description. Beware- the bed only builds to left hand corner design and is not 'reversible.' Drawers have nothing to stop them rolling in under the bed as they are half the depth of the bed. Not great quality.

Fantastic bed! Very sturdy, heavy, and good quality! This bed was for my son whom is autistic, and we were struggling to find a decent bed that he couldn’t break, or climb and jump off. This bed has worked wonders - Highly recommend!

How tall is the headboard from the slats?
I can confirm the height from the slats to the top of the headboard is 73cm.

What is the weight limit of this bed?
Each bed's weight limit is listed on the product page and includes the weight of the mattress. For bunk beds, the limit is per bunk. Please don't exceed the stated limit.
How thick a mattress can I use / what mattress depth is recommended?
It depends on the bed; the recommended maximum mattress depth is given on the product page. For bunk beds, mid sleepers and high sleepers it is usually around 15-16 cm, so the safety rails stay effective.
What size mattress do I need for this bed, and is it a standard UK size?
Each bed's product page states the mattress size it needs. Most of our beds take standard UK sizes (e.g. Single 90 x 190 cm, Small Double 120 x 190 cm), but some take continental sizes (e.g. 90 x 200 cm), so please check before ordering. Mattresses offered in a bed's mattress dropdown are suitable for that bed.
Does the bed come with a mattress?
Beds are sold without a mattress unless the listing says one is included. Mattresses are an optional add-on you can select on the product page.

Can I return an item if I change my mind, and how?
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind, as long as it is unassembled, unused and in its original packaging. Contact us with your order number and photos of the item and boxes, and we'll explain your options: we can arrange a collection, or you can return it yourself by tracked courier. Refunds are issued once the item is back and has been inspected. Collection charges may apply; our team will confirm.
You have 14 days to cancel and must pay the return costs. You can send it back yourself with a tracked courier, or we can collect it: collection costs £33 to £63 for items up to 180kg, plus £0.78 for every kg above 180kg, deducted from your refund. Products sealed for hygiene reasons can't be returned once unsealed, and made-to-order items can't be returned unless faulty. Full details are on our returns and cancellations page.
