The bed frame is high quality for the price and sturdy. I put it together without issue but I would recommend doing it with another person. Delivery was all fine. No issues. My daughter likes it a lot. Big, spacious drawers underneath for storage is a bonus.

Bought for my son. He wanted a bed to look like a house. The door on the bed is really helpful as it keeps him in his bed as he moves from a cot bed.

Good value and looks great in bedroom. Quality finish and logical to put together with two people. Could benefit from stoppers for the drawers underneath to stop sliding all the way under but i have fabricated something to this effect.

What is the height of the sleeping area from the floor?
The sleeping/mattress area on the Flair Ted Playhouse Wooden Bed is approximately 32cm from the floor, giving it a lower, easy-access design for children.
What type of wood is used for this bed?
The Flair Ted Playhouse Bed uses pine for the frame and MDF for the panels. This gives the bed a sturdy structure with a smooth painted finish across the coloured sections.
What mattress fits the Ted?
A UK single, 90 x 190cm, up to 16cm deep.
How many drawers?

What is the weight limit of this bed?
Each bed's weight limit is listed on the product page and includes the weight of the mattress. For bunk beds, the limit is per bunk. Please don't exceed the stated limit.
How thick a mattress can I use / what mattress depth is recommended?
It depends on the bed; the recommended maximum mattress depth is given on the product page. For bunk beds, mid sleepers and high sleepers it is usually around 15-16 cm, so the safety rails stay effective.
Can I return an item if I change my mind, and how?
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind, as long as it is unassembled, unused and in its original packaging. Contact us with your order number and photos of the item and boxes, and we'll explain your options: we can arrange a collection, or you can return it yourself by tracked courier. Refunds are issued once the item is back and has been inspected. Collection charges may apply; our team will confirm.
You have 14 days to cancel and must pay the return costs. You can send it back yourself with a tracked courier, or we can collect it: collection costs £33 to £63 for items up to 180kg, plus £0.78 for every kg above 180kg, deducted from your refund. Products sealed for hygiene reasons can't be returned once unsealed, and made-to-order items can't be returned unless faulty. Full details are on our returns and cancellations page.
