Really great sturdy bed - Just a bit of a pain to build as the instructions are far from easy and all of the fittings come in one bag, not separated. The pieces of the bed also aren't labelled so it takes a lot of time to figure out what is what. Once you have this covered however its a brilliant bed.

I ordered a wide wooden bunk bed frame from Bed Kingdom and I’m extremely happy with my purchase. The quality is amazing — very strong, sturdy, and well made. Hi how big is the trundle bed and mattress please?
The underbed trundle measures approximately 94cm x 198cm and can accommodate a mattress sized 90x200cm, up to 15cm in thickness.
Can the ladder/stairs/chaise be fitted on either side (left or right)?
Most of our bunk beds, high sleepers, mid sleepers and cabin beds are not reversible; they can only be assembled as shown in the product photos. A few models have reversible ladders or drawers, so ask us about the specific bed and we'll check.
What age is this bunk bed / high sleeper suitable for?
The top bunk of a bunk bed or high sleeper isn't suitable for children under 6 because of the risk of falls. Older children, teenagers and adults can use them as long as they are within the stated weight limit (including the mattress).
What is the weight limit of this bed?
Each bed's weight limit is listed on the product page and includes the weight of the mattress. For bunk beds, the limit is per bunk. Please don't exceed the stated limit.
Can the bunk bed be split into two single beds?
Only beds described as 'detachable' can be separated into individual beds. Other bunk and triple beds can't be split.
How thick a mattress can I use / what mattress depth is recommended?
It depends on the bed; the recommended maximum mattress depth is given on the product page. For bunk beds, mid sleepers and high sleepers it is usually around 15-16 cm, so the safety rails stay effective.
Can I return an item if I change my mind, and how?
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind, as long as it is unassembled, unused and in its original packaging. Contact us with your order number and photos of the item and boxes, and we'll explain your options: we can arrange a collection, or you can return it yourself by tracked courier. Refunds are issued once the item is back and has been inspected. Collection charges may apply; our team will confirm.
You have 14 days to cancel and must pay the return costs. You can send it back yourself with a tracked courier, or we can collect it: collection costs £33 to £63 for items up to 180kg, plus £0.78 for every kg above 180kg, deducted from your refund. Products sealed for hygiene reasons can't be returned once unsealed, and made-to-order items can't be returned unless faulty. Full details are on our returns and cancellations page.
Do you offer next-day delivery, and what is the order cut-off time?
Yes, on in-stock items, Monday to Friday, to most of the UK. Order before 3pm for delivery the next working day. Items sent from our suppliers, and some postcodes, take longer; the product page shows the expected delivery time.
