It’s a really good bed. My son loves it but the instructions were absolutely awful, had to scan a QR code and then read it on my phone it was just ridiculous. There are a lot of parts and places where there should be screw holes but isn’t. You are not supposed to use a drill but impossible not too. Took 7 hours to build!

What is the maximum weight on the bed and is this suitable for teenager?
We don't usually have age recommendations for our bed rather we advise the maximum weight limit each bed takes. The Noomi Tera Solid Wood Small Double Gaming High Sleeper is tested to take up to 12 stone. For safety reasons, a minimum age of 6 years.
Does this bed come as pictured with the desk, or do you need to order the desk separately?

Can the ladder/stairs/chaise be fitted on either side (left or right)?
Most of our bunk beds, high sleepers, mid sleepers and cabin beds are not reversible; they can only be assembled as shown in the product photos. A few models have reversible ladders or drawers, so ask us about the specific bed and we'll check.
Can I return an item if I change my mind, and how?
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind, as long as it is unassembled, unused and in its original packaging. Contact us with your order number and photos of the item and boxes, and we'll explain your options: we can arrange a collection, or you can return it yourself by tracked courier. Refunds are issued once the item is back and has been inspected. Collection charges may apply; our team will confirm.
You have 14 days to cancel and must pay the return costs. You can send it back yourself with a tracked courier, or we can collect it: collection costs £33 to £63 for items up to 180kg, plus £0.78 for every kg above 180kg, deducted from your refund. Products sealed for hygiene reasons can't be returned once unsealed, and made-to-order items can't be returned unless faulty. Full details are on our returns and cancellations page.
