100 Night Sleep Trial
Choosing a new mattress is a big decision, and we want you to feel confident that you have found the right one. That is why selected mattresses come with our 100 Night Sleep Trial, giving you time to properly settle in and make sure your new mattress is right for you.
We know that a mattress can feel different after a few weeks of real sleep compared with a quick test. Your body may also need time to adjust, especially if you are moving from an older mattress to something with a different level of support or comfort.
How the 100 Night Sleep Trial Works
If your mattress is eligible for the 100 Night Sleep Trial, this will be clearly stated on the product page before you buy.
We ask that you sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights before requesting a return or exchange. This gives your body enough time to adjust and helps you make a fair decision.
If, after 30 nights, you are still not happy with your mattress, you can contact us within the 100 night trial period. We will then arrange either a refund or a replacement mattress, depending on your preference and the options available.
A £49 collection fee applies if the mattress needs to be collected from your home. If you decide on a refund, £49 will be deducted from this.
Mattress Protector Requirement
To take part in the 100 Night Sleep Trial, you must use a mattress protector from the first night of use.
We cannot accept any mattress that is stained, marked, soiled, damaged or unhygienic. Any mattress returned under the trial must be in a clean and acceptable condition.
Before arranging collection, we will ask you to provide clear photos of the mattress so we can confirm its condition. If the mattress shows signs of stains, marks, soiling, damage or poor hygiene, we will not be able to accept it under the trial.
Every Mattress We Send Is New
The mattress you receive from us will always be brand new. We do not resell or re-send mattresses that have been slept on as part of the 100 Night Sleep Trial.
Important Terms
- The 100 Night Sleep Trial only applies to selected mattresses where the trial is clearly stated on the product page.
- You must sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights before requesting a return or exchange.
- If you are not happy with your eligible mattress, we will offer a refund or a replacement.
- A mattress protector must be used throughout the trial period.
- Clear photos of the mattress will be required before collection is arranged.
- Stained, soiled, marked, damaged or unhygienic mattresses cannot be accepted.
- A £49 collection fee applies. If you are opting for a full refund, this will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- The 100 Night Sleep Trial does not apply to any replacement mattress provided under the trial.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
If you would like to request a return or exchange under the 100 Night Sleep Trial, please contact our customer service team after you have slept on your mattress for at least 30 nights.
When you get in touch, please include your order number, the mattress you purchased and whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement mattress.
