Can I get the assembly instructions?
Assembly instructions are included in the box. If you've lost them or need a copy, contact us with the product name or order number and we can email them to you.
Can I order fabric samples or swatches?
If a sample is available, you can request it on the product page. If there's no sample option, or it won't add to the basket, the sample is currently unavailable or out of stock.
This usually means that colour's sample is currently out of stock, so it can't be added to the basket. The listing is updated as soon as samples are back in stock.
What fabric/finish is it and how do I clean it?
Please follow the manufacturer's care and cleaning instructions. For wooden or MDF surfaces, wipe gently with a soft cloth slightly dampened with warm water and a little mild soap, avoid soaking, and dry immediately. Damage caused by unsuitable cleaning isn't covered by the warranty.
