Incredible value for money, absolutely delighted with the quality of the product. The green colour way is less vibrant than in the stock photos (can read grey/blue in artificial light) but really lovely.

This is a great bed and although it took about 90 minutes to put together it was very user friendly and love that they have extra bits just in case. So irritating when you realise there’s a bolt missing. But not here, very well labelled and good direction. The bed itself is sturdy and well made and my Daughter is absolutely thrilled with it.

Overall this is a lovely bed, however the images are misleading. The headboard isn't that tall/high on the wall, so I would recommend double measuring that (my fault for not checking), but I would have liked it to look similar to the images. The bed is quite tricky to build and the instructions aren't that clear but other than that the quality is nice and it seems like a good bed so far!

We recommend a maximum mattress depth of 24 cm.

What is the weight limit of this bed?
Each bed's weight limit is listed on the product page and includes the weight of the mattress. For bunk beds, the limit is per bunk. Please don't exceed the stated limit.
How thick a mattress can I use / what mattress depth is recommended?
It depends on the bed; the recommended maximum mattress depth is given on the product page. For bunk beds, mid sleepers and high sleepers it is usually around 15-16 cm, so the safety rails stay effective.
Does the ottoman bed have a gas lift?
Our ottoman beds use gas struts (pistons) to help lift the base. If the lift sticks, place the mattress on the frame and apply gentle, steady pressure to compress the pistons, and check that the frame is properly aligned.
The pistons can become stuck in the open position because of pressure build-up. With the mattress on the frame, apply gentle, steady pressure to compress the pistons and release them, and check that the frame is properly aligned (misalignment can lock the pistons). If it still doesn't work, send us a short video and we'll help.
What size mattress do I need for this bed, and is it a standard UK size?
Each bed's product page states the mattress size it needs. Most of our beds take standard UK sizes (e.g. Single 90 x 190 cm, Small Double 120 x 190 cm), but some take continental sizes (e.g. 90 x 200 cm), so please check before ordering. Mattresses offered in a bed's mattress dropdown are suitable for that bed.
