Delivery service was reliable and quick. Customer service are prompt and responsive and super friendly and accommodating. The bed was extremely easy to assemble and great quality. Can’t wait to get my pre ordered bedside table. Communications about that has also been great throughout!

• Everything went fine

Everything went fine, delivery was on time and the staff were great. Only gripe is that there was a sticker on the bed frame that was difficult to remove. Otherwise pleased with purchase.

• We bought the Alice hotel bed

We bought the Alice hotel bed, for a guest bedroom and it is fabulous. It was relatively easy to assemble too. We bought a hybrid mattress with it, which also seems to be really good quality. The bed comes in quite a few boxes and it is worth checking the size before ordering, so you can get it upstairs. Delivery was fast and communication with Bedkingdom and the delivery company was excellent. We would definitely buy from Bedkingdom again.
