Easy to assemble. Comfortable. Inexpensive compared to similar chairs.

Comfortable chair with a good gas lift. Unfortunately the instructions are not perfect, we have been unable to work out how the tilt operation works and there is nothing in the assembly instructions; thus resulting in a 4 star review. This has not detracted from the fact that this is a comfortable chair, in quality leather.

Good price and great product. Easy to assemble ... all you need is an 'allen key', which is included within. Comfortable chair - good quality manufacture.

What are the full dimensions of this product?
Full dimensions are on the product page, in the specifications and the dimension diagram; all measurements are approximate. If the measurement you need isn't listed, contact us and we'll check with the manufacturer.
When will an out-of-stock item be back in stock?
Out-of-stock items can often still be pre-ordered, using the estimated lead time shown on the product page. Restock dates are approximate and can change. Once stock arrives, pre-orders are dispatched straight away for delivery the next working day.
Can I get the assembly instructions?
Assembly instructions are included in the box. If you've lost them or need a copy, contact us with the product name or order number and we can email them to you.
The website shows a long lead time (e.g. 45-60 or 90+ working days). What does it mean and can it come sooner?
The lead time on the product page is an estimate in working days (excluding weekends) from the date of your order. Stock can arrive earlier, or be delayed by factors outside our control. A lead time of 90+ working days means there's no confirmed restock date yet. We dispatch as soon as stock arrives.
Can I customise, resize or paint the furniture?
No. We don't offer customisation (sizes, colours, layouts or swapping parts); beds can only be supplied and assembled as shown on the website. If you paint or alter an item yourself, this may affect the warranty.
What does the colour look like in real life / is it closer to X or Y?
Colours can look slightly different in photos because of lighting and screen settings. Where available, order a free fabric sample from the product page to see the colour in person.
Can I return an item if I change my mind, and how?
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind, as long as it is unassembled, unused and in its original packaging. Contact us with your order number and photos of the item and boxes, and we'll explain your options: we can arrange a collection, or you can return it yourself by tracked courier. Refunds are issued once the item is back and has been inspected. Collection charges may apply; our team will confirm.
You have 14 days to cancel and must pay the return costs. You can send it back yourself with a tracked courier, or we can collect it: collection costs £33 to £63 for items up to 180kg, plus £0.78 for every kg above 180kg, deducted from your refund. Products sealed for hygiene reasons can't be returned once unsealed, and made-to-order items can't be returned unless faulty. Full details are on our returns and cancellations page.
Do you offer next-day delivery, and what is the order cut-off time?
Yes, on in-stock items, Monday to Friday, to most of the UK. Order before 3pm for delivery the next working day. Items sent from our suppliers, and some postcodes, take longer; the product page shows the expected delivery time.
