Contact us with your order number and photos of the item and boxes, and we'll explain your options: we can arrange a collection, or you can return it yourself by tracked courier. Refunds are issued once the item is back and has been inspected. Collection charges may apply; our team will confirm.
You have 14 days to cancel and must pay the return costs. You can send it back yourself with a tracked courier, or we can collect it: collection costs £33 to £63 for items up to 180kg, plus £0.78 for every kg above 180kg, deducted from your refund. Products sealed for hygiene reasons can't be returned once unsealed, and made-to-order items can't be returned unless faulty. Full details are on our returns and cancellations page.
